RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS
You have 14 days to cancel or return any item purchased from our Palmees site. The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached, and in unused condition.
Please note that cancellations are only possible if the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at info@palmees.com to inquire about cancellation eligibility.
Please make sure to check our sizing chart before making a purchase.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
• Any promotion, sale or discounted items
• Bundles (except for size exchanges)
GIFT CARDS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receiving the returned item, you will receive a store credit gift card for the value of your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturer’s address.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company.
3. Contact your bank.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@palmees.com.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items in the case of a manufacturer’s defect or for bundle packages, a different size exchange. If you need to exchange an item for the same one or a different size in the case of bundle packages, please send us an email at info@palmees.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
SHIPPING
If you need to make a return within the USA, we offer free returns. Please contact us at info@palmees.com to initiate the return process.
For customers outside the USA, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
